The Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lions Club Attended the Old Town Goleta Mexican Independence Day Festival on Saturday September 16. The event was held on Pine Avenue in Old Town Goleta and a great time was had by everyone. Lions Club Members Staffed a Booth at the festival and were handing out candy and collecting names for new club members and entries in the 2023 Goleta Holiday Parade.

The Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lions Club collects gently used eyeglasses to send around the world to be used by our most vulnerable populations. This week roughly 3,000 pairs of used eyeglasses were packed up and sent on their way.
