Tobyn Richter wins the 2025 Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lions Peace Poster Contest and Olive Madison is the 2nd place runner up.
This year there were 52 entries in the Lions Peace Poster Contest competing for a 1st place prize of $100 and a 2nd place prize of $50. The Lions Club Peace Poster Contest is an annual tradition sponsored by Lions Clubs International to emphasize the importance of world peace to young people everywhere.
The winning poster was selected by a vote of the entire club for its originality, artistic merit and portrayal of the contest theme, “Together as One.” The judging was held on October 21 at the Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lions Club Meeting which is held at Mulligans Bar and Grill at Santa Barbara Community Golf Course. Tobyn’s poster will advance through the district, multiple district and international levels of competition.
